Salmon ~ Snow Creek Estuary Restoration Project
After years of planning, NOSC would like to announce that construction on the Salmon Estuary Fill Removal Project has begun!
After several years of planning by our project partners, and tremendous financial support from our funding sources, the work has started!... Seton Construction has cleared the sites in preparation for excavation. Trees and buildings were removed at the end of July.
Below: Test pits are done to determine the water level near berm, while debris from old mill buildings and clearing is chipped...
