And the tide is in!! Life is already beginning to make it's home in the new waters, even on the first day ~ Great blue heron, killdeer and other birds and salamander footprints are revealed following the tide going out this first day...
Below: Test pits are done to determine the water level near berm, while debris from old mill buildings and clearing is chipped...
Above: Two cranes used to fill chipper -- chipping all old building material, as well as trees removed from site - chips used to create site access road...
